I've heard from some of you about difficulty with doing price matching and using coupons at the same time (either on the same items or on different items in the same transaction), particularly at the Razor Ranch location in Denton. The woman I spoke to at Walmart's Corporate Customer Service Department kindly and professionally let me know that there has been no policy change about that--that you can both price match and use a manufacturer coupon on the same item.
Two days later, a costumer service agent from the Loop 288 store, Cindy, called me personally to confirm what the woman at Corporate had said. She said she would do some retraining with the employees and call over to West University (Razor Ranch) to help them receive the message as well. I was so pleased with how the whole matter is being handled, and I hope this helps with any difficulty that you've experienced.

It sounds like there shouldn't be any more problems, and if there are, it sounds like the managers want to help them get resolved quickly! Yay!
