I love summer--look at those fantastic produce deals! Gala apples, limes, and white onions are especially cheap. Also, don't miss the Propel Fitness Water, Orbit Gum.

Hello! Love your blog! Just wanted to share my experience from shopping at the Hickory Creek Walmart tonight. I was told by the cashier (and her manager) that they're getting stricter and cracking down on price matching. They're no longer going to allow price matching on any Great Value products. They also changed the rules on price matching meat. For example, since their ground beef is not sold by the pound, you can no longer price match sales that are by the pound (I was trying to match the $2.49/lb Tom Thumb deal to the 2.25 lb pack of ground beef). Very disappointed in these changes!
ReplyDeleteThanks for telling us about your experience! I'll add it to the notes on the Hickory Creek store on the "Details about Your Walmart" page, if that's alright by you :)
DeleteI just picked up a few fruits & veggies at the Rayzor Ranch store in Denton. Without price-matching I would've spent $13.40, but I only paid $7!!! That's almost 50% savings! Thanks so much for keeping this blog going- it really helps my family out.
ReplyDeleteWow! 50% is fantastic! I'm glad it's a help.
